Rainya “Rai” Mosher is a senior engineer manager at T-Mobile with 15 years’ experience in IT, 6 of it hands-on in DevOps transformations. Before joining T-Mobile in early 2017, Rai worked extensively in the OpenStack cloud community, bringing concepts of CI/CD, automate everything, and distributed-first to large-scale cloud ecosystems in companies of various sizes. At T-Mobile, she leads the Enterprise Delivery Platform development team through a complex internal landscape full of countless technology stacks and differing personalities. When she’s not working or tag teaming parenting duties with her spouse, Rai can be found in Texas, performing on stage or writing the next great American novel.
